In all honesty, when wtl was first announced I was extremely against it like many were at that time. The members were getting sick left and right and really hated seeing them in this condition, but then, as you have commented, I realized enha are a very ambitious group. The hunger they have for success has always been evident and it’s only getting stronger. Therefore I believe as fans, the best thing we should do for them is to give support to them throughout this journey and witness their growth together. About the show, when I first heard pass the mic, it was really not my taste at all, but MAN how I wish to see and hear this remix live. While personally, I do prefer the pacing of fate/fate+, wtl is definitely way less taxing on them physically and I get to actually appreciate the vocals of the members more. This actually gets me quite exhilarated for coachella now that I know more about their capabilities in live vocals and crowd hyping. A great watch as always, will be waiting for future reactions!

However, I have to disagree with some of your individual commentary. While I do agree with your description of Jay for the most part, I think about what Bang PD said about Jay not being able to Chamber 5, and I think, to a lesser degree, that still holds true today. Same with looking at the flip side of Sunoo, he is so good at showing the cuter and sassier side but, to this day, I don't see him really hitting that aggressive/passionate side like some other members do. Don't get me wrong, I love Jay and Sunoo but, I do not see them as hidden aces any more than I see every member as a hidden, or maybe not so hidden, aces. I have some disagreements with your description of the other members too but, I also agree with a lot of what you said about all 7 of them. I do think that they are a balanced group and that they all play their "parts" really well, and I truly hope that your prediction about their future holds true.

2025-02-23 13:16:27 +0000 UTCThe members also have a very healthy amount of greed. You can tell that similar to BTS, they're the ones that want to push themselves and do as much as possible. They had a VLIVE after MAMA 2024 where many people said they were robbed as they got no awards where they were clearly very disappointed and said with alot of determination that they were going to do everything they can for a daesang. Hopefully Coachella will be the start of the takeover for them. On the topic of Coachella, I think having a more vocal driven setlist for this tour is not only less physically intense like you said, but very great practice for their singing and build that confidence which will be extremely important for Coachella. I think we can agree that Enhypen is not very known for live singing due to their intense choreo so this is a good chance for them to improve their skills and confidence for Coachella and their future. I'm sure HYBE has learnt their lesson from the criticism Lesserafim received for their live vocals last year.

2025-02-23 10:54:09 +0000 UTCObsessed with your final thoughts. The way you put things into words and I just find myself nodding along and wanting to hit my desk in agreement lol. With Enhypen it was the first time I've struggled to pick just one clear bias because they're all so enjoyable to watch in their own ways and together they tick all the boxes when it comes to my ideal group. It's so exciting to follow them and I too feel like they're only going to get bigger and better. They're still so young and still have so much untapped potential and at the same time they already have a maturity and experience that makes you trust and believe in them every step of the way. But back to the concert. There were some really incredible performances in there like Future Perfect, Moonstruck, Paradoxxx Invasion and then Lucifer & Teeth, I also really like the new mix of Not For Sale. Overall though it's hard for WTL to beat FATE+, perhaps nothing will ever beat FATE+ in how I enjoyed every minute of those concerts (including the VCR's) even after 5+ watches. It was like watching a concert and a theatre production, I loved the different concepts and how they fit together to tell a story. But along the lines of what you said, I think FATE was a monster of a concert and I'm okay if they never do something like that (because the recordings will always be there for me to re-watch and enjoy all over again) again and I appreciate WTL for what unique things it can bring to the table as well, FATE could never give us that Future Perfect performance. And just a last note about Jungwon. He really is the best leader and part of that is because I'm able to forget that he is the leader a lot of the time. It doesn't feel like a burden to him and he's still able to have an identity outside just being the leader. He's still one of the younger members and the older ones still treat him accordingly while respecting his role as the leader. Plus it helps that he's a natural cutie patootie so he's immediately disarming.

Especially about Enhypen and their takeover over of the industry. I felt chills down my spine when you said it, because it's something I've thought since i discovered them. The instant gravitation I felt towards them. Something in me said "Them. They're the ones." And what exactly? At the time I just knew they were special and something was different about Enhypen that I hadn't felt with any other group. Not only their talents, but the vibe they gave off was and is different than any other group I've personally seen. And I'm glad you see it too :') Another thing and a funny note, Jungwon and Heeseung's duo name is twinz so you saying they're of the same coin is funny. Also Sunghoon and Jake's duo name are soulmatez (aside from their puppiez name) but you saying this makes these duo names more fun! As for Sunoo and Jay while they don't have a funny duo name in that same light they are really close and Jay is Sunoo's favorite hyung so that is their very cute coincidence to what you said! And of course our Ni-Ki! Watching him grow into the star and absolute powerful performer he is now is so beautiful to see. As he's grown up he's become someone so dazzling and makes me wish I was nearly as half as cool and charismatic as he is! (That can be said for all the members tbh) And one final thing, Jungwon is the best leader. And I may be biased in saying this as Enhypen are my ult group, but I truly believe he is. He's not only so incredibly mature even since debut, his mentality has always been so strong. He went through so much at such a young age, only the second youngest as well. And to lead Enhypen the way he does, and not only enhypen but engenes as well, he's phenomenal. He takes care of all his members, and truly loves them and truly loves engenes. He replies to so many engenes on weverse every single day, checks up on us, and it's beyond fan service. It's a genuine time of him expressing his thoughts and feelings on lives, being honest about situations, expressing concerns. He's always been an anchor to keep everyone grounded and at the same time take off running into the great future they work hard and strive for. So im incredibly proud of who he's become. Enhypen themselves say time and time again they need their Leader Jungwon. Sorry this is so long but I felt I needed to reply to a lot of the points you mentioned because you only validated everything I felt about them. And I'm glad it's not just me who sees it. 2025-02-22 19:49:13 +0000 UTCfate+ is the encore of fate, the setlist is slightly different than fate. one of the new setlist contains their intro song "fate", which dare I say one of ni-ki's best performances to date (he prob knows this as well thats why he said he still couldn't move on from that song lol). he also had a beautiful solo dance intro for chaconne in fate+.

2025-02-22 17:58:31 +0000 UTCafter the announcement of the wtl concert, boycotting it was the main talk by engenes. however, there was a sudden shift when enhypen started talking how ambitious they are and on how they worked hard in the production of this concert. they were heavily involved in the production of the stages. you are right that it is enhypen who wants to work hard. they are greedy for growth. jungwon said during the latter of 2024 that they are not good listeners and they don’t want being told what to do. this is why as fans we need to trust them and be supportive of everything that they do. i am really excited of what will be the outcome of coachella. i was really moved on how you view enhypen as they are really becoming a league on their own. i want to see them shine as bright as the northern star and achieve beautiful things in their career because that is what they deserve. thank you so much for this, pd! really appreciate it a lot. 💕
