I’m glad you joined the Oikawa fan club. He will always be my fave, I only watched hxh (my current #1 anime ever) because I saw a comparison between Oikawa/Hisoka lol

2025-02-15 19:04:22 +0000 UTCYamaguchi's arc really is one of the most beautiful arcs in this series. He gets his spotlight sprinkled in a few episodes, but that just shows that his progress isn't accomplished overnight. He really is the hero of this match, and he very much redeemed himself from the previous match. He's such an inspiration in that way; he made his float serve his own special ability, and he saved the team with it. Also the framing of Oikawa in the episode sets up things for the next ep, and I can't wait to talk about that deep narrative next week. Episode 24 also solidifies why Oikawa is my favorite character too! Also found it meaningful how mad dog chan has clarity about what a 'team' is and how supportive the seijoh team is actually of each other 🥹 like that speech and wakeup call from yahaba actually shows that he cares enough to knock some sense of reality into him im so excited for next week!!!
