Lost access to Discord?

Over the past few weeks, we've received several messages from folks who have lost access to the Discord server. The issue seems to be caused by a payment system error, which is causing Patreon to lose your Discord ID. This is confusing the bot we use to automatically assign roles, since it checks this ID to give you access to the server.
We don't know why exactly this is happening, but if you can't access the Discord server, try reconnecting your Discord username to your Patreon account again:

If you follow these steps and still can't access the server, please send us a direct message on Patreon with your Discord ID and we'll get it patched up ASAP.
