2024-12-04 23:11:54 +0000 UTCi don’t mind if you watch iland 2 or not, i know you have a lot going on at all times, so it’s up to you! i do think it could be a bit healing, iland 2 went through a revamp from the first season and is a lot gentler on the girls. the first thing i really noticed was the beautiful beautiful sense of girlhood, they’re all trainees under wakeone and they genuinely are very uplifting and loving towards one another and it’s what really drives the show and their music so far. most of izna’s music so far really has an emotional undertone that tugs at your heart and settles in your chest a bit. i think the show really highlights the foundation of that.

IWALY is a great song, I wish they would have included Final Love Song too, that would have been a great intro for this mini album!

I think you would like the show, and I’m sure many of us would love to watch I-land 2 again with you! As it is a permanent group, I think it would be fun for you to see them grow throughout the show, up to where they are now and then even further in the future :)

Something about the song always takes me back to the performance on ILAND2 and I kid you not I remember every single members performance of that song on that show lol. The IWALY performance on ILAND2 honestly makes the song feel more complete because there was a vision to it and as I said, all the girls made such a good impression and impact on it, but the performance for IZNA ver. is just as good! My second fav would be Fake it. It was performed on ILAND2 but I actually like the IZNA version better after watching their performance in KCON Germany 2024.

As people were saying on the studio choom reaction, you could watch on your own time and maybe release as bonus content? These girls deserve it and the show had such a way of creating a strong character for every single one of them, it's something only I-LAND 1 and 2 were capable of doing

And Teddy “barely being in the show”… he was not there at all, like not even a shot of him being in the studio… I don’t want to say izna gets “left over music”, I believe at least VVN is interested in the group, but this whole… “a group produced by Teddy” marketing seems a bit incorrect, because it is not like as if it was the involvement Teddy had with 2NE1 or BLACKPINK

2024-12-04 14:41:58 +0000 UTCI still maintain that Izna should have been a prerelease and then Time Bomb should have been the actual title. Time bomb just feels like a more fully realized song with lots of variation and dynamics. I feel like VVN tends to write my favorite music for this group so far (Time Bomb, IWALY, Fake It) over 24, who is the other main producer - and of course Teddy overseeing everything. I know he's listed first but I always felt that was a more supervisory position as shown during the survival show, he was barely there and it was always VVN and 24 leading all the music.

On I-Land 2 three different teams had to compete with this song against each other, so there are 3 different performances + the izna version if you want to watch the performance. Which I highly recommend, cause the choreo is so fun.

She's Japanese and the main dancer (no official position, but was labelled the best dancer in ILAND N/a). She was also the member whose line you liked in DRIP (where she says sauced'). She was ALSO the member whose rap you liked in the title track.
