Welcome Ian, I'm sorry to hear you are having failures. Each model is test printed multiple times and checked for issues before being released. Many of our models are actually printed numerous times as we also sell physical prints. Of course, every printer, resin, and printing environment is different. At a guess, I would suspect it is likely related to exposure time needing fine tuned. We do tend to use multiple lighter supports in a lot of areas to do the same job as a thicker support. This usually minimizes model pitting/damage further, but one of the trade offs is that print settings really need dialed in for whatever resin you are using. I'm happy to talk via PM if you would like, but if you haven't already I would try bumping exposure up .1 or .2 and see how that works for you. Better yet would be running some resin matrix validation tests such as https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4707289

I just signed up and attempted to print the welcome pack and this month's characters and about 70% failed at supported areas. I have print other things before and after and no failures on those leading me to believe an issue with the supports on the presupprted models

Gregg - our tech guy is currently moving his shop from Kalispell down to Texas and is essentially not available for a week. He will absolutely get back to you about that.

not sure if this is the place for this comment. i sent one direct and no reply yet. The Murry still does not seem to print properly. I have tried and i had a friend try. The first layer is just a blob of filament that goes nowhere. I tried enlarging it and got the same thing. Only prints when i print the supported file. for this model i dont think the supports should be needed. can anyone help. thanks.
