Progress update

 Hi 
 

Well it's Wednesday, and time for a progress update. 


I've written the code for the implementation of weekend, and it seems to be working fine. It still needs testing, but everything is going well. 
 


The problem, is that weekends aren't populated with events yet, so there isn't much to do. 


In order to change that, I've started work on the first weekend event. It's a Dana event, and while I can't say it's not going well, It's certainly ballooning.  
I've created 90 renders for the event so far, and we reached "lunch time" on the first day.  


To give you a bit of perspective, the Dana getaway scene has 206 renders in total, including backdrops.  


At this rate, this event will come close to 400.  


While I don't think that will be the case, It's certainly grown in size from what I had originally planned. 


I may have to split it in two, and release day1 this weekend, and day2 the next one. 


We'll see.....
 

I've also done a bit of work on the map.  


The coding is well on it's way, but I haven't made the images for it yet.  


If things go well, and it seems that's the case, I'll also be releasing a crude city map in this coming patch. It won't be pretty at first, but it will be fully functional. 
 

I'll leave you with some screens from the Dana weekend event1, only from Saturday morning however, remember 90 renders and it's barely lunch time :P
