Comet Eyes

These show up as extra color options in the eye pigment section.
Default Replacement(18 swatches)
These replace the base game EA colors. This is a great option if you want to replace the eyes of random townie sims or if you enjoy sticking to one type of eyes!
Facepaint(28 swatches)
These show up in the Makeup facepaint category in Create a sim. They can be worn on top of existing eyes just like a clothing item. If you want to use the Comet eyes on occult sims too, this is a great option!
So which one do I get?
All three if you want, or the one that suits your gameplay style! Keep in mind that if you use both the defaults and non-defaults, you will have two of certain swatches. This doesn't cause any issues to your game, other than a bit of clutter!
Update march 29th 2023: Fixed that eyes would be removed when switching between sims in CAS wearing Non- Defaults
Update May 28th 2023: Fixed bug that eyes would be removed when toddlers, children and infants would age up while wearing Non- Defaults

2023-11-30 04:47:26 +0000 UTCOkay, I see, thank you for all the details!! After looking into it a bit further, it might be a pack-related issue. Since you canโt change the color and it happens after a while of gameplay, it could be related to sims that age up with werewolf parents, or as a werewolf(though I'm not sure). Unfortunately, that means I canโt do much to fix the problem on my end, but let me know if you need any help on what steps to take! I would also test without any mods/cc to double-check :)

2023-04-08 07:57:38 +0000 UTCI'm checking the exact same sim that I've seen with this white eyes and she still has the EA white eyes, which is really weird. I do believe she's became a werewolf as the pie menu werewolf options was appearing when shift clicking her but I can't see her werewolf form in CAS, however it seems she's the only one that got these eyes because the other day I went to check other werewolf sims and they get the comet eyes just as normal so it might just be that Sim or something... I'm not sure. Now, if I check another werewolf in CAS from my save, they have the normal eyes https://prnt.sc/YaOsCsTgKfdZ and I can't change their colour

2023-04-05 19:33:20 +0000 UTCThey do appear as the default option! https://prnt.sc/e9_tLAVmY_cw I have another type of eyes which are non-default but are added to the EA colours as well, so when I randomised the eye section, sometimes the comet eyes can appear or the other variation I've got, but from what I'm seeing, they do get the comet eyes!

Though with my latest fix those should also be replaced with the comet swatches. If you create a werewolf in CAS, are the comet eyes the default options in werewolf form?

2023-04-04 15:54:55 +0000 UTCYou may be right about the werewolf part, I've generally had so many issues since the pack came out ๐ Really odd that you can't even change the color in CAS! I uploaded another shot to fix the issue, let me know if anything changes(If you are able of course!)

So, sometimes I'd randomly just look at NPCs' eyes just to confirm myself about whether it's fixed or not and I just encountered one without your default eyes T-T https://prnt.sc/1DDxlHPKRed7 I saw it as soon as I downloaded another eye type (which is not default) and I thought maybe I misread or something, but no โ I uninstalled that one and tried only with yours and still happening T-T Most NPCs have your eyes but it seems like there's one colour swatch missing or something. Sorry about this! Also, maybe a fact that might be useful for you to know: I tried going to CAS to see if the swatch the NPC has is showing in the eye colours section, but none of the swatches appear and I can't change their eye colour (this having cas.fulleditmode and testingcheats on). However, when I click on the little cube to randomise their eyes, your eye swatches appear and they appear with your default eye. It's very weird! Another fact (sorry, LOL, I'm just trying to investigate to help): Might it be related to werewolves? Since this pack does not cover their eyes, plus the NPC that I encountered **is a werewolf**. So... maybe? I don't know. Just as another note!

I also tried recreating the moment at the graduation, as I had an old save from that specific moment, to see if NPCs would spawn with those eyes, and everything seem to be OK! Answering your question, I use the defaults! Since then, I haven't had these issue again. Good news! Thank you for replying and for your work!

I haven't been able to recreate the issue yet, so I'd also double-check by removing other mods to see if a conflict causes it. If not I'll keep looking into the issue. I downloaded the file twice that day and same thing still happens. I'll be updating the eyes for the update you've done today. However, it seems to happen with those specific eye colours in the picture I've shown you.

2023-03-26 14:46:06 +0000 UTCHi, that sounds very odd! I updated the eyes today, does this still happen with the current version? There was an issue with a recent version(from an update about a week ago) where the swatches were mixed with some EA swatches. You can find out if you still have the old version by going through each swatch in CAS and checking if there is a grey and brown EA swatch still in there!

2023-03-26 13:12:03 +0000 UTCHi! I don't know if this is normal but, my sim was graduating and this sims started spawning with the EA eyes, which is weird... Is it a problem on my end or the mod's? I updated with the latest one! Here's a picture of how it looks like. https://prnt.sc/T7PocIaIXzuF However, this only happened at the time of going to the Sim's prom. There was an only one Sim that had the Comet eyes, but these two and one more Sim had the normal eyes, which was weird.
