Added 2022-12-02 18:19:30 +0000 UTCI realise there's not been much acoustic stuff lately, so I thought I'd fix that by looking at a beautiful fingerstyle track from one of my favourite singer-songwriters, Townes Van Zandt. Here's the link -
There's nothing too tricky to play here, provided you know a few basic fingerpicking patterns. (If you don't, then check out the lesson I did a while back on fingerstyle essentials.)
I've tabbed it out below. The tab is based on the Live at the Old Quarter recording. I've written out the intro and the first couple of verses. After that it's really just the same thing with a few minor variations. Hope you have fun with it!
