Outbreak Scenario 15

You have been wandering through abandoned towns when you come across a small outpost surrounded by makeshift barricades. It's clear that the place has seen better days. As you draw closer, you see a number of dead zombies along with numerous injured or dead survivors. You can tell that a horde of infected attacked here not long ago.
You observe them for a few hours and can see that there are only five people left in the small outpost. Among them are an elderly woman and young child. The others are armed adults who look uninjured.
What do you do?
