I'd still like to hear if you are enjoying the story or have any criticisms. Feel free to be open and honest. I don't judge people based on their feedback as long as it's constructive.

Here’s a question. Does it matter what career you are when you talk to Rachel and you scout out in part three? The reason I ask is what if your primary and secondary skills has stealth and survival or if you have the military route? Is she still going to assume that you have no idea how to survive when it comes to a gun and a knife especially when it comes to close quarter combat?

2021-02-08 19:00:43 +0000 UTCThe thing I love most about this game, and indeed, all of your games, are the unique characters who have depth and realism. Their complexities and mannerisms give the reader bigger investment in their journey alongside our MC. Also, the little hints of the subplots are given with the right amount of information revealed in just the right place. I, for one, was intrigued with Gina's connection to the twins, and the whole Leather Jack thing has me building a theory that I kinda hope is right! There are only two things that I find negatively impacts the story for me, both of which are almost certainly down me and nothing at all to do with the story. Firstly, there are so many NPCs that I get lost with which person is in which faction. Maybe this is down to the fact I'm so damn busy with work (hence answering this almost a month after posting) that I can't come back to the story as much, so it's often a couple of weeks before I can get back onto it. Or maybe it's because I really loved ZE1 and the only other group were Colin's Summer Camp group and the core survivors were only a handful of characters. There seems to be too many groups in ZE:SH, too many "outsiders" for me to keep track of. Bit that is probably because I don't read it as often as I would like. The second issue is with the guns. I hate guns and know nothing about them outside of short, medium and long range. When it comes to scavenging things to add to the inventory, I'm constantly flipping back to the stat screen to check what guns need what bullets and what a certain gun is better at. Again, this is probably down to my ignorance of guns and lack of interest in them. Being British probably doesn't help, either lol Other than those 2 things that are just down to personal reasons, I absolutely adore this game. The customisation, the small accents in the story that change around the MC you choose to play as, the sheer number of times anyone can reply this and still find new content, is astounding. Bloody brilliant!
