Twitch vs. Discord

I keep looking at the vote for "How about a goal for ZE: Safe Haven Part 4?" at 53% and I just keep grinning. I'm hoping you get enough buy in for part three for part four to become reality even with dead zone being brought into play. Although I kind of get the impression that you dont want to be locked into anything part three at this point. You know what my vote is always going to be where this is concerned. Not much. I have to market this page more but it is on my list. I think it 3 months, I have developed a good core of patrons but I have to get the word out.

Hey Jim, does anyone really use the community tab for comments or feedback? I dont really see much in the way of posts on there as much as I'd suspect that there would be.

Social media for me is not something I do much in my private life but as a writer it’s great for taking to fans. I do think Twitch will take s lot of time and I keep developing more games. So I’d rather focus on writing. But I also want to give back to those who support me. I wish I knew the best answer but polling my patrons helps.

Jim I love the idea of you expanding ZESH as far as you're willing, thus my vote for the goal for part 4. Can you incorporate a re-direct to Patreon at the end of your game(s) so that your readers whom arent as involved right now can easily find and support your work? I'm thinking it might help help get you a bit more attention.

I'm not a fan of social media, I very rarely use it. However, I still love to geek-out about the things I like and discuss thoughts and ideas with people who love to do the same. But I'm not fussed about you taking the time to do this, Jim, unless it's something you want to do, and not something you feel like you owe. The only thing you owe to us is that you keep your passion for writing.

I would like a discord if for nothing else to have the ability to chat and play games with the other fans.

Discord is like IRC it's not hosting it monthly it's where all you fans can cram in and discuss ZE

As much as I would like chatting with video and audio I think your time would be better spent with your family and working on your writing. You do a Q&A anyway and that is fully adequate.
