Regional Museum - Characters

I would like to start building a roster for the museum. I have come up with a few short character bios from which to choose. I will pick the top 3 from this list, and in June, I will post 10 more from which to choose 3 (total of 6 characters).

1. Mid-40s female museum curator. Kind and generous, because she pities everyone and considers them inferior and needing her help. She's a smoker but athletic.

2. Mid-20s male security guard. Chubby build, but nimble.  He is a very good diplomat and always works towards resolution of conflict. He can't stand laziness. He is obsessed with making sure they don't run out of food.

3. Mid-30s maintenance supervisor. Long, black mohawk and a slender body. He is heavily attention deficit, changing subjects often. He is impulsive but loyal and obedient to his boss. He is also impulsive and quick to confront strangers.

4. Mid-20s nonbinary tour guide. Short black hair, tan skin, skinny build. Gestures a lot during conversation, always prepared in any situation, can be a bit conceited, but loves to train and teach others. Is interested in exploring.

5. Late 50s IT supervisor.  Short, stocky build, graying hair, suave and handsome. Very humorous, often laughing at inappropriate times. Very smart but hates to use his brain. More of a follower than a leader, though when asked, he has pearls of wisdom.

6. 15-yo female volunteer guide. Short with average body, hair is shoulder length dyed purple, shaved on one side. Geeky and smart, she is very open, friendly, and bubbly. She speaks Spanish and Russian fluently. Secretly afraid of animals. She wants to be seen as an adult.

7. Early 20s female marketing specialist. Auburn, long hair, curvy figure. Wears braces on her legs. Is a pacifist who sees the good in everyone. She likes to mediate conflict and is very persuasive. Her boyfriend (now ex-boyfriend) stole all of her money right before the outbreak, so she has been depressed recently.

8. 17-yo male student visiting the museum. Average build, brown skin, short black hair. Wears glasses and a hearing aid. Likes to ask questions and be the Devil's Advocate. Vegan, atheist, animal lover. Father owned a survival-training camp, so his son is well-versed in survival.

9. Late 30s nonbinary museum guest. Was attending museum during outbreak. Professional middleweight boxer, bald, with several facial piercings. Judgmental and shy, introverted and pessimistic. Usually picks one person to befriend and is loyal.

10. Early 30s female scientist. Was attending museum during outbreak. Average height, slender, with medium black hair and olive skin. Idealist who is a sucker for "bad boys/girls." She is a botanist, who works at a pharmaceutical plant. Hard-working, Yoga instructor, often taken for granted in relationships.
