You have to learn Kate is not performing well at her job and then tell her about it. Or you need to be in a relationship with her or have charm over 80. These options in chapter 6 give the achievement #I charm her into giving Kyle the referrals. #Knowing Benjamin is dissatisfied with Kate's performance, I convince her that Kyle can help with the account. #I use our friendship to convince her.
