Incantation Bowls

In this video (my first ever demonstration video!) I'll be sharing one of my homemade witchcraft tools: "incantation bowls" or "sigil plates".
This is ancient Jewish tradition that goes back thousands of years, have a quick read here.
My modern version of the bowl or plate is used in my own practice is not to banish demons, but to focus my mind on what's currently important to me.
This could be my health, creativity, or even a very specific goal that I'm working towards.
I'll let the video explain the rest!

Due to my past I'm not at liberty to believe in anything supernatural, but i don't underestimate the power of influencing ones own subconscious. I love occultism as an interest though, and I've recently realized that so much of it originates in my own Jewish ancestry as well, and I've been meaning to dive into the source material as soon as I'm done with the old norse texts. Thanks! I believe that celtic symbol is also found in old norse culture by the way. It's a form of "valknute", which means an infinitely interlocking knot. The different types have different spiritual meanings, though the english wiki page for "valknut" only describes the symbol of Odin for some reason.
