To my dear demons,

We come to the end of yet another month. And breeeeeathe. As I write this I am just back from an epic double day shoot and rehearsal.

For me this April has flown by just a little too quickly and I've felt quite overwhelmed at the amount of things I'm doing. I'm sorry if I've not been as engaged here as my usual self, but the good news is I've got plenty of wonderful music and art in the bank now, and can start teasing these out as the year goes on... It's just been a bit of a mad one.

For those of you who missed the livestream (you can watch again here) then my big news this month is that I'll be joining Hana Piranha on bass guitar as a full-time member of the band - we shot a music video today and will be announcing the line-up change shortly. Epic!

We've also got an HVIRESS album coming, a new Chemical Peril's album and another single called "Shift" all lined up and incoming. Don't go anywhere!

I'm also going to be waking up our Dischord thread, making some more noise there and shaking up our patreon again soon too... see you there later today where I'll be setting up new threads and posting pics from the shoot!

Anyway! This month's main "thing" is the 🕯 𝖎𝖑𝖑𝖚𝖒𝖎𝖓𝖆𝖙𝖊 🕯remix from the incredible musician and visual artist, Third Bloom. The album I worked on with him is out in early July, called Echoes, and there's a little teaser at the top of this blog on one of the songs "River In The Sky". Enjoy.

You can expect to see him on livestreams soon and many more musical works coming your way, but for now here is the beautifully dark remix of Illuminate:

We've also just done a lil cover of a country song by one of my favourite bands (as you know), The Devil Makes Three - Ten Feet Tall. This will be released tomorrow.

Photobox - this month is an absolute steal. You'll get photos from our new video shoot for Shift... some beautiful HEX-themed art... rioting in the supermarket... a glimpse of the song-list from the next Chemical Perils album... and all my emotions across many pics (I was quite a see-saw this month!)
