Hello fellow hermits!

How is everyone coping under lockdown?

Would you like a song? It’s even got a catchy sing-along chorus!

I don’t know if you remember but a couple of weeks ago I asked everyone to send me their stories, thoughts, inspirations and emotions to put into songs. Well, we’ve managed to complete FOUR of your “songs for patrons” so far. It’s turning into a very nice EP.

I’m still working on the other three but thought this one was too cute to hang onto and releasing it early. Hopefully it’ll brighten your week up.

It’s a sorry tale about a donkey… some dynamite… and a quarry in Syria… well, I’ll let the song tell the rest.

Inspired by patron Hanna Mourad-Agha and her true story - thank you for letting me put this into music.
