Hello hello hello beautiful patrons!

Mishkin here.

The sun is shining in Brighton and I'm getting ready to go on a short tour around England over the next week. I'll be in Reading, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Worcester and London if you want to catch me :) All dates are up here.

This month's THING (as well as our webcast which you can still watch on the BEB FB group ) is a brand new cover by one of our favourite bands Tool.

I remember first bonding with Garry over Tool music and loving the fact that we were both into prog-metal as well as classical music. We listen to a lot of Tool on tour and once even covered "Schism" live at a zombie show in 2013!

Hana and myself made the music video in my bedroom last Saturday... I think it came out pretty good ;) hope you enjoy it, and you can download the track as .wav or .mp3 HERE.

It's fairly apt that the title of the song is "Sober." I've recently kicked the booze and trying to see how much more creative I can be without gin... it's been two weeks so far and I've survived. More news on that soon...
