Sketching exercise #1

Recently I've been thinking a lot about my art style, because I don't like it. I cringe everytime I see a drawing of mine. They're static and emotionless. I don't like the overall image most of the time, how I do lines - my too-clean lineart wich wants to resemble a pen lineart but is just a strange and ineffective hybrid.
That being said, I am going to study how to improve and to do this I have to take a step back: I need to sketch more.
The last livestream helped me a lot, giving me the time and calm I really need to draw properly and finally I saw some results. I surely need to work more and more, so expect many works like this in the future!
The subject this time was my character Alita, here I also tried to better define her muzzle proportions + one of the body parts I love and hate most: the eyes.
They're what I am most proud of, now I have an idea of how they work on perspective. Still, they will need more work too.
