February Monthly Release - Orc Warband!

Hello everyone!

Here's the February release! A new warband of enemies to fight. And you've probably come across with quite a few of these, even if you've only played a bit of rpg. Orcs are old acquaintances from classic sword and sorcery adventures and, although they have appeared before in StoneKing, we were far from having a proper horde. With this package we expand the ranks and roles. Let's take a look!

First we have these five warriors models. Added ranged attackers, which should give them better tactical options aside from the ever-popular full-force-front-charge. But that's still good orcish tactic, so the other two warriors play that role well. One of them looks a lot like an orc chieftain, but that's up to you! And then, a somewhat more special class, a Warg Tamer on which to focus your efforts if you want to facilitate your confrontation against these beasts.

And if we have a warg trainer, they can't be far. Orc cavalry ride these beasts making them even more brutal and deadly, and the model below represents just that. The Warg Rider! As it is a bit complex miniature, it is split in three parts for an easier print.

And as with each rider published so far we have had the request to have a separate mount and rider (a great request!), this time I have gone ahead of it. The set includes these two versions of the warg and the orc separately!

That's it for the minis! Now to close the set we add some scenery. With this tent, barricades and tusk pillars you will have an easier time outlining and setting the settlement for this horde! I have given each model an approximate size, based on a 25mm/1 inch grid, but you may want to adjust the scale. And since that could result in somewhat large impressions, both the tent and the pillars are hollowed out.
