Elements - September 2024

September elements and an update on element delivery for the future!

Hey everyone! We have some news. Obviously we get behind when we're busy and we have these files ready, but they need to be packaged so we can put them on Gumroad as well. Additionally, we each build things, and then we have to work together to figure out what is what and then when it's 4 months old, we have to go back and remember what we did so that we can write up a thing about it.

Fortunately, last year Patreon made it so that we can just upload files in the posts now. Originally, we wanted to just keep everything on Gumroad because some people also just buy things there directly vs joining up here. And while that's nice, it presents a whole host of other problems—basically all of the things related to making a product launch.

And really, that doesn't help you guys, who are our most loyal people. So, starting today, we're just going to drop individual files and whatever we have so that you guys get a constant stream of stuff and our effort will now be limited to just quick posts with, "Hey! Here's a cool thing!" vs. silence until we're ready to publish a whole chunk. As you can see:

 We'll likely then later compile this stuff on Gumroad more categorically as well so that people who like to purchase stuff there can. But in any case, expect us to be more active with posts. Also, if you're looking for more interaction, this is just a reminder that we have a Discord server. It's pretty quiet, but we don't mind popping into conversations on there. We've also been joining up with our good friend Sergei from Ukramedia for some Friday chats. I try to post here and on Discord when we do those. Feel free to stop by!

Anyway, here are the elements for September. We have a collection of glitchy sounds. There are some designs for random logos and decals for military-style aircraft. There are textured models for building objects as well as a the beginnings of a large oil platform. There's the Old TV project which is the basis for the image above. And that's about it. Keep an eye out as we'll be shipping more things soon! Thank you all for your patronage!
