As a Queen fan, it makes me happy that you talked about "The Show Must Go On" and "Don't Stop Me Now." Both are great in the ways that you mentioned. I have always leaned towards the latter because it sounds like it should be a big chorus number in a Broadway show. I love songs with that kind of energy.

I remember hearing Del the Funky Homosapien when I was about 7 or 8 years old back in 1992. He had a song called "Mistadobalina” that was a surprise hit and has one of the most ravenous ear worms of a sample in the history of hip hop.
