Weeding Plants Override
Added 2024-10-03 12:34:13 +0000 UTCA small override of the 'weeding' interactions so that your sim will get some nettles and dandelions for their hard work!
How to use:
download and place into mods folder
when your sims weeds a plant they will get some nettle and dandelion harvestables (once your sim reaches level 2 foraging skill)
Important
This mod is an add on and needs my Hunting & Foraging 'Foraging' package to work as that contains the nettles and dandelions.
This mod will conflict with other mods altering/overriding in game weeding of plants.
I also have changed the 'vacuum'' weeding animation back to simply pulling weeds by default.
06-07-2025 Update:
Reduced the amount of dandelions & nettles a sim will collect when weeding plants
Fixed errors popping up in BE after Julys update
Service sims will now also pick weeds instead of using the weed vacuum machine

2024-10-04 19:14:20 +0000 UTCI quickly tested them both in my game with no issues. I can't 100% say they wont conflict as some tunings are the same overrides but your sims should still get the dandelion and nettle loot even if the weed vacuum animation reverts back.

2024-10-03 14:48:35 +0000 UTCNo I took a quick look and the tuning is the same override so no they can't be used together. I did however already change the tuning animation back to the pulling weeds (as I also hate the vacuum!) I mentioned it on the main mod update post but forgot to also mention that here so i'll quickly update the post!
