Adding Bread Toppings - how to guide😊

A short info guide to adding bread toppings to bread recipes - I am making this it's own post so future bread recipes that allow this feature can be directed here for more information.

This action will not be available for every future bread recipe.
To see which ones can have toppings check the recipe download post.

How to add a bread topping:

• First pick up a serving of bread

• Look for the "Add Topping" action in the pie menu when clicking on the bread slice (this is available from inside your sims inventory as well as if the bread is placed on a counter/surface).

• There are a few options to choose from - Chocolate, Cheese, Butter, Jam, Honey. These options will be greyed out if your sim does not have any of the ingredient in their (pocket) inventory.

• The new bread with the selected topping can be found in your sims inventory.

At the moment, only the butter from my homemade ingredients mod is accepted for the add butter option.

The other ingredients are based on in-game tags for Any {of ingredient}, so ingredients with these tags will show up in the menus as options to apply as a topping.

Adding a topping increases hunger and calories for the bread.

Please note that you will not be able to add toppings if you do not have Cottage Living (for the canning jams, chocolate, cheese) Seasons (for the honey) or my Handmade Ingredients mod (for the butter/cheese). In that case, "Add Toppings" will be permanently greyed out and you will not be able to use the option unless you have other custom ingredients with the appropriate tags.

Know bloops:

The topping colours will always be those shown in the picture above regardless of the 'type' of topping you use. Eg, blackberry jam will still be red. All cheese will look like the sliced cheese.

The tooltip hover doesn't show for bread once a topping has been added - (Recipes grabbed from the fridge via Grannies Cookbook will have the tooltip.)
