Novemeber 2023 Trapper Tier Poll

Hello Fellow Trappers!

The time to vote has come! As we mentioned previously we want to focus upcoming sets more on quality and story over quantity so the options will revolve more heavily around an adventure and story rather than just an aesthetic theme. This month is Gods of The Lost Continent and Dragons, Next month is Dragonology 101, and October will be The Curse of Traskvale Castle. So that being said this poll will be for the October set. As usual each option has three shots to win at which point it will cycle. Leave your vote below!

1. The Trappers Trappers Lodge

The Dragon Trappers Lodge has been interfering where they don't belong for long enough and a group of villains has struck a tenuous alliance to finally do something about it. Dragon trapper crews have been going missing one at a time and and all the clues point towards some dark event planned for the kings coronation. Little does The Lodge know this is all an elaborate trap by none other than the newly formed "Trapper Trappers Lodge". In this adventure players will play as powerful villains ranging from a vengeful dragon, a cunning Rakshasa, and a powerful Lich, and more. Your mission is to lure the local lodge into a trap and finish them off so you and your ilk may continue your dastardly deeds unacosted. The set would feature an adventuring party of monsters along with enemies ranging from the most punchable of good guys. This one shot would be a players chance to live out the ultimate villainous power fantasy with some lighthearted charm. This is the fist time this option is in the polls so if it loses it will still have 2 more chances.

2. The Yetis of Dead Mountain

The furthest most Lodge located in the treacherous mountains between Stoica and Okinja has gone silent and no one has heard from them for months. A crew is sent to investigate but the lodge is discovered abandoned. The only clue points towards the last members venturing deeper into the mountains as a last ditch effort to find a monastery of monks that may be able to protect them from what ever has been preying on the lodge. This adventure is a survival horror vibe with harsh winter conditions as adventurers follow the trail of the missing lodge members and come up against the ancient guardians of the mountain pass. This set would feature ancient yeti, a rugged winter trapper crew and the last of the great wholly dragons. This is the third time this theme has been in the polls so this is its last chance to win unless the halloween set wins then it will have 1 more chance.

3. The Scrapslap Tribes

Some of the locals have been reporting a dragon terrorizing the countryside. The lodge doesn't have a record of a dragon in this area and something about the accounts of it seem off. Clues lead adventurers to the Scrapslap Goblin Tribes. They must fight their way through a junkyard of trash and the goblins tinker creations to finally slay the ramshackle effigy of a dragon created by the goblins. Powered by goblins this monstrosity is barely holding together but still dangerous enough to cause problems. The set would feature the various scrapslap tribe members as well as their dragon being powered by goblins running on a hamster wheel and flapping the wings. The goblins would be wild and irreverent with crazy mechanical inventions made from the trash and debris of the citizens of Stoica. This is the second time this theme has been in the polls so if it loses it will still have 1 more chance to win.

4. The Caverns of Aberrant Horrors

Something odd is happening at the lodge and the lodge master has been acting strange. The truth is that the lodge has been infiltrated and the lodgemaster is not himself. A mindflayer ship has crash landed not far from the lodge and are trying to create more mindflayers while they remain hidden in their weakened state. The nearby lodge is the perfect target and the party must evade the mind controlled lodge members to find the cave system leading to the crashed ship and take out the elder brain while it is still weak. This set would be all about abberations like mindflayers and their ilk. Flayed wildlife who have fallen victem to their experiments along with new types of aberant creatures. This set also pairs very nicely with the release of Baldurs gate 3. This is the second time this theme has been in the polls so if it loses it will still have 1 more chance.
