Appreciate the quick reply and your resolution of the issue, thanks again. As for the company that does the pre-supports I'm not entirely surprised they seem to be pretty big with a lot of creators.

2023-04-28 15:53:59 +0000 UTCWe actually use the same company for presupports that OPR use - Atlas 3DSS. I've put out an update for Kazenkeshi as it appears that the holes in the presupport lys did not export correctly for the STL version, which based on your report is likely the one you used to print with.

2023-04-28 15:10:10 +0000 UTCVery cool models, I printed out the 64mm archer from the welcome pack without issue and was very pleased. However trying to print Kazenkeshi from the Kaiju set has been problematic, to say the least. I really, and I mean really hope this isn't the norm. It had so much resin trapped inside the upper body portion of the print it had me second guessing my future pateron sub for DTL. I'm uncertain why the print didn't have drain holes. I should of ran it through UVtools, learned my lesson I suppose. Been spoiled by my OPR prints I guess.

As an old patron I already have all of the old models (so many that I often can't remember that I have them) but it would be nice to tell at a glance if there is a new model in a different tier I would like to get.
