The entire premise of statutory rape is that it doesn't matter if the person consents in the conventional sense of consent. A child could literally jump into your bed naked and wake you up saying they wanted to have sex right now and you still aren't allowed to do it, they would probably only be doing that because they were being abused elsewhere. Now, you don't have to report it to the authorities unless you are a mandated reporter, but anyone with a sense of self preservation would do so anyway to avoid looking like they were voluntarily involved in such a close call.

2026-02-06 09:43:57 +0000 UTCentrapment is NOT just "them starting it". entrapment is when you engineer or portray a situation that causes someone to act in a way that they wouldn't under any normal circumstances. for example if you as the government interfere with somebody's employment in order to try to trick them into joining a criminal organization because they need money so badly, and then prosecute them for the crime. Or, if you have someone posing as a prostitute and they are begging you for money to feed their child and you send them some money and then they say you sent me money even though you knew I was a prostitute, you were trying to buy sex (even though that isn't why you sent her money). because think about it, have any of these predator teachers gotten away with something because they said the kid wanted it? I am only speaking from a United States legal point of view, I don't think you're from here so just clarifying

However, and I will have to research further, but not sure you can make a case of entrapment for typing like a 14 year old would/could. I believe these are state-defined laws, so I need to brush up on Georgia's. I could see evidence suppression, but I would assume each new chat is a new charge. So even if her baiting is thrown out, there are other chats to use. Plus, none would stop the main charge once he decides to go meet a child. Just my opinion on that section of the video. As far as this guy goes, I am struggling to understand him. If he has all these children, married or not, he seems to want something he can't have from one of his daughters, maybe the 17 year old, so he is looking for another child with benefits. I can't even imagine this thought process, and not even sure I explained it correctly. In short, he definitely has some mental deficiencies. I need to get Dave a sound board with a voice changer. Anywho...off to shower.
