Tyler and Jennifer Dazey. The insanity of not pleading insanity...
Added 2024-11-17 05:00:36 +0000 UTCHey, team.
Hope your weekend is going well. I've been working on a few videos at the same time and this shorter trial I managed to get out quite quickly. For something that started out as a side video, it ended up being quite the interesting piece for me to work on. I hope you enjoy.
Predator commentary and a larger trial still in the works as we speak.
Will keep you posted how that's going. I'm away for a lot of next week so I'd like to try get this commentary vid out before I leave.
For anyone who'd prefer watch this on Youtube, I have this link here if you'd like. The unlisted video on Youtube though might have ads come up in it, so if you watch it here there's no ads.

I'll keep this one in early access for a few days and release it sometime mid to late next week on a weekday.
Speak soon.

yeah, I have some mixed emotions on this one. Out of all the cases i've worked on, I think this would be the highest candidate for not competent to stand for trial.

2024-11-24 19:06:46 +0000 UTCRight, clearly could not assist in his own defense... even if he didn't want meds, still....

2024-11-20 13:18:48 +0000 UTCI can't believe he was allowed to stand trial. He was clearly not competent, a psychiatric evaluation also said as much, and the judge just decided that it didn't matter and he could stand trial anyway.

2024-11-20 04:51:15 +0000 UTCThere's a very good chance I forgot to mention it as well. I always seem to miss some small but important detail every video.

2024-11-17 22:42:12 +0000 UTCI one hundred percent t agree with what you're saying and felt that too. It was as though she was mustering strength she didn't have as a final act to help this person. A person she probably believes would do the same for her with little to no effort. She must do this thing that her friend could do easily. It's heartbreaking

2024-11-17 21:55:44 +0000 UTCI have a feeling the dog may have tried to protect Jennifer whilst she was being attacked.

2024-11-17 21:54:04 +0000 UTCYeah they found a bunch in there that matched Jennifer's DNA. I thought I mentioned that in the video? If I didn't that's most definitely a mistake on my end.

2024-11-17 17:14:45 +0000 UTCI havenβt heard of this case before. Did the police not swab the shower drain/bathroom to look for blood that was washed off?

2024-11-17 16:26:17 +0000 UTCI can believe that he was in psychosis, but what was his diseased rationale for killing the dog? I'm currently getting my dog treatment for cancer and this stuff makes me wonder how the innocent nature of a dog's love is inadequate to pierce through a psychotic mindset. There were a lot of innocent victims here (and in other cases), but the killing of a dog really makes it feel like staring into the abyss.

2024-11-17 16:07:31 +0000 UTCWhen Christy was on the stand and when we heard the 911 call + saw the body cam footage, I couldn't help thinking about how I'd feel if that was me walking in on my best friend. That sat with me for the rest of the video, and then when you did your beautiful ode to her suffering at the end I just started sobbing. It's so clear how much she loved her friend. I might be projecting but I feel like when she's on the stand, she might be traumatised and vulnerable, but she has this little fight in her voice, as though she's doing this for her friend, because she knows Jenny would have done the same for her. I hope they're reunited someday, with echo too. What a heartbreaking story π

2024-11-17 15:47:41 +0000 UTCI really really felt for her, I've never seen a person take the stand this traumatised before and hold it together like she did.

2024-11-17 09:39:47 +0000 UTCIt is insane what a brain and body will do to protect the human psyche. Even with all of the obvious signs that the friend walked right into a terrible murder scene, she was still trying to rationalize it to be literally anything else until there was no way to continue doing so. I cant even imagine how impossible it would be to hold things together any better than she had.
