Some Questions for you.

I'm going to open up a support ticket with Patreon to discuss a few issues with them that some of you have brought to my attention. The main thing I'll be bringing up is the stuttering and stop-starting playback when attempting to watch videos on your phone.
If any of you are experiencing any other issues, or have some feedback suggestions that you'd like to see implemented in the future. Let me know here and I'll compile a list to send to them. Who knows if changes will get made or not but I want to do everything I can to make this place worth it for you all who choose to support me on Patreon.
I'll send the feedback request to them probably sometime later this week.

Ah yeah it's an awesome idea. I actually used to have all of my videos unlisted on YouTube and the links on the sheet went to them there. I had to change it though because there was an influx of people who would join up, grab the links and then leave after getting refunds. I could go back to doing unlisted for early access only. I might try that with the next early access release. I'd be intrigued to see if the algorithm changes the way it shows the video to viewers from an unlisted state, rather than a straight upload and publish how I'm doing now.

2024-11-13 01:56:39 +0000 UTCOne thing that I’ve seen done that I really like is uploading new videos to YouTube but setting them to “unlisted” and sharing the link here in Patreon for us to check out. Then whenever you’re ready to fully launch the video for everyone, you would just switch it from unlisted to public and you’re good to go. This way you get to bypass Patreons (poopoo) video player, plus you get all of the views from us here included in the view count.

2024-11-04 23:06:25 +0000 UTCI'd really love for them to add SmartCast. And to allow for bubbling/continuous play while using other apps, like YouTube has. Right now if I try to use any other apps on my phone, Patreon stops and I can only resume when I return to the app. Thanks :)

I'd love to be able to queue up a playlist of multiple videos for continuous play. will be great for people that like to have the audio going all day at work, or all night while asleep, without having to start a new video every time one finishes! love your work Dave, long time fan. thank you :)
