August 2021 Painting Contest!

Hello Fellow Trappers!

We want to first acknowledge and congratulate the winners of the July 2021 painting contest, sponsored by AmeraLabs and Redgrass Games!

But first, let's address a couple things very quickly! 

First, Arcanahex_minipainting won second place this month as she also won first place in May and our rules state you cannot win first place in a two month period of time. That being said, she worked really hard and did very well!

Second, there as a tie for 3rd place between jaany and Tayla Attwood! As has happened in the past, we threw in our vote for the tie breaker! Both worked very hard as well and did awesome!

Congrats you guys! First place will receive a one liter bottle of AmeraLabs TGM-7 resin and a Redgrass Games Miniature Painting Handel. Second and third place get a half liter bottle of AmeraLabs TGM-7 resin. Message us to claim your prize!

August's Contest!

This month's release is ALMOST HERE! We can't wait for you guys to start printing and painting August's models! As usual, we're continuing our collaboration with AmeraLabs and Redgrass Games to bring you better painting contest prizes! AmeraLabs will be giving the top 3 winners of this month’s painting contest their incredibly strong TGM-7 resin and Redgrass Games will be giving the first place winner another awesome prize!

NEW RULES BELOW:

To enter this months contest, all you have to do is paint one of the miniatures from the Patreon and post them either in the Facebook group, Discord server, or on Instagram by tagging @dragon_trappers_lodge AND using the hashtag #DTLPaintingContest in your post (make sure you use the hashtag so we know it’s actually a submission)! The models can be from any set and include the welcome pack or loyalty models and must be printed at 200% or less (this does not include cross promotion models). You may enter as many times during the month as you want. You can do whatever you'd like for the bases and you may submit a diorama but you don't have to. You may use the concept art as inspiration or you can do your own thing completely, it’s up to you! Get as creative as possible! Once you win first place, you CANNOT win first place again for the next two months! In the event of any ties, The Dragon Trappers lodge will cast their vote(s) as the tie breaker. The deadline for submission is the 27th of August @ 23:59 MST.

Here are the prizes for August:

• First Place will receive a one liter bottle of AmeraLabs TGM-7 resin and a prize from Redgrass Games!
• Second Place will receive a half liter of AmeraLabs TGM-7 resin!
• Third Place place will receive a half liter of AmeraLabs TGM-7 resin!
