I definitely think you're on to something here. At the very least they drastically overestimate the importance of the damn thing. I belong to a subreddit that exposes online posts and conversations made by/between incels and they definitely fit your description of narcissists who have had very little if any even platonic relationships/contact with women and they definitely hold their penises in high regard. Well- let me rephrase; they consider them of high importance. Some of them believe that women only like extremely large penises and because theirs are usually average or in some cases small, (I have seen an incel say his dick is 6.5 inches and crying over how that's so small and below average and even his fellow incels were telling him he was delusional) they consider that alone to be a huge factor as to why women don't like them, some even assuming that women can estimate a man's dick size without even seeing it. They believe the "Chads" all women chase after have huge dicks, that women are obsessed with Chad dick. It's a very delusional way of thinking but I wouldn't be surprised if Lorne subscribed to that belief as well. When he asked the decoy why she liked/chose him, I think he was probably surprised that his dick wasnt brought up despite the fact that she's never mentioned it or said anything about it besides "kewl." Dave stated that Lorne might have been looking for something more romantic from her and I agree for the most part but I do think not so deep down the horny beast wanted to also hear confirmation from her that she's as obsessed with his penis as his fantasy says she is.

It seems like a delusion that might develop among male narcissists who are unattractive and generally unsuccessful with women, which would essentially be an existential crisis for a narcissist. So they convince themselves that their dick is what makes them the irresistible object of desire that they desperately need to be.
