Loyalty Model Emails have been sent out

MMF should have sent out the emails today allowing you to redeem the loyalty model if you where a patron from the months of September through November.
The redeem links for the project have been sent to all the patrons by MyMiniFactory. This will come in the form of an email with instructions on how to redeem their files.
If you did not see an email, that might be because:
1. The email is in the 'Promotions' section [Gmail user]
2. You received the email on different email address [Patreon email is different to your MyMiniFactory Email]
3. The email is in the spam folder.
4. The message is in your MyMiniFactory inbox.
If you still can't see the invitation email from MyMiniFactory, please don't hesitate to contact them at https://www.myminifactory.com/contact_us/ Or at info@myminifactory.com
MyMiniFactory;s customer support will get back to you within 2-3 working days.

This was November's loyalty reward teased early October, it is now half way through December I reached out to MMF and still have no reply 4 days later, and only a "the MMF team are having issues" from the author, just curious if anyone has gotten it or if its everyone.

I have two accounts (personal and business) and already accidently claimed the thing (from other designers) on the wrong account x-D. Usually quite helpful though

2020-12-10 15:47:52 +0000 UTCI've been a backer since July and no email or message in MMF inbox. (I don't have any items at all from Dragon Trappers Lodge in my shared objects either.) I saw the email last night so I think it should have arrived by now. I have quite a bit of items in there from other Patreon subs, so I'm used to the process. But also thinking something may not have worked like it's supposed to for this batch. I'll wait through the day and send a note to MMF if nothing appears but I wanted to chime in so you knew there's a potential issue.
