Sourdough has been a journey that's for sure. I've made the base from scratch and a lot of my loafs are ... lacking hahah apparently it takes a long time before one starts making good ones. Maybe one of these days i'll strike a winner. I'm very hungry as I write this and the things you've been whipping up are not helping me at all hahaha That's so flattering to hear, I feel like there's so many good people out there and we all come together to watch these pretty crazy scenarios if TCAP and crime, i realy enjoying connecting with everyone who's here for the journey. I don't know if that makes too much sense. It's a strange one to put into words. I've heard youtubers talk about "subs" and "followers" before, and before starting I was like, wouldn't it be nice to have subs. But as the channel began to grow it doesn't feel like that. We're all people, not subs. haha oh gosh i'm rambling. I don't know how to explain it, i know that doesn't sound as profound as it feels in my head, sure Dave, we're all people we just sub to channels. Idk, i feel like the person behind the sub gets lost with some youtubers. I really hope that never happens with me. It hasn't yet and i damn sure don't intend for it to.

I made banana bread with dark chocolate and peanuts last night, it was delicious. You seem like one of the most genuine people I’ve seen on YouTube, and in such a niche that I hold close to my heart! Thanks for being awesome 🥰

I studied it all a little while ago so it's really nice to put it to some good use and create videos that are enjoyable. And also every little bit helps. Every cent I get here goes straight back into the channel. So really I can't express how grateful I am.

I patroned so that maybe I can help contribute to you being more free to do this sort of stuff! I truly believe you’re gonna be the next JCS! I’m in Sydney too, this lockdown is kicking my ass. Baking a lot of bread though
