Well, I got done with Spider-Man 2 just a couple days ago and I have a ton of thoughts.
Overall I loved my time with this game, any issues I take with it are not issues that destroy the experience for me, I think this game stuck the landing in all the ways it needed to. That said, I do think the first game is far more sophisticated in how it approaches it's storytelling, it's got a focus and purpose and efficiency I admire so much, this game feels, to me, a tad more clumsy and sloppy in places. However, like I said, those flaws do not make the game bad, I had so much fun with this, there were so many emotional moments and meaningful arcs, and the thematic point of this game hit me perfectly.
