Yushiro x Yuyu Part 3 Commission
Added 2024-12-06 23:00:02 +0000 UTCWe weren't expecting this to turn into a series of images, but I am not complaining at all because Yushiro is a very fun character to draw. Suits my style perfectly. The picture has a Christmas theme, with the outfits, and most importantly, the mistletoe which brought about the kiss. There are a few small alts, such as a version without the Christmas-themed extras, available on the A Little Extra tier, but nothing too crazy.
This picture is inspired by, and an homage to, the work of Iyarin, who is one of my favorite nsfw artists. I've loved both their style and the content of their art for a long time, and have wanted to draw art similar to theirs. Much of my own style has taken inspiration from them too just in general. I'd say they are top 3 in terms of artists who have directly influenced my own artistic style through my desire to study their work and learn from it, though I still don't think I am as good.
When this commission idea came in, I realized that it would fit perfectly as an opportunity for me to finally do that. And draw something as a direct homage. So with permission from the commissioner to make a few changes to the idea, we finished on this, which I am pretty happy with. I would like to do more work with this sort of aesthetic in the future too, maybe with some OC's.
