Sup epic gamers, hope you are having a great day so far. Here is what I need advice on. I'm trying to loose weight and thanks to every single person trying to make a quick buck by selling someone else the "ultimate weight loss technic" I have no clue which one would actually work. So my question is, what workout would you recommend that is works a fast rate, and wouldnt take much time. Also any specific diet that has worked for you. I am generally healthy so I can do most workouts. Thanks, keep on gaming gamers.
