Added 2025-09-15 07:54:43 +0000 UTCI've never seen a performance like this but I just knew that I was gonna love it. Liz and Rei performing these two songs with a Citypop arrangement??? like this whole concept is just perfect and somehow they managed to surpass my expectations lol
the amount of little arrangements and runs, harmonies, adlibs and playing that they did with the vocals was amazing, they really took this opportunity to give these songs a twist not only with the instrumental but also with their vocal techniques and styles and I just love that. Liz is just an amazing vocalist and her vocal styling on this performance was beautiful. On the other side Rei really surprised me, I knew that she could sing well and had a beautiful voice but she really did an amazing job on this one and took all the vocal parts and made them hers...
Overall a crazy good performance and I hope we will be able to see more performances like this in the future!

2025-09-23 02:18:59 +0000 UTCOff the record is in my top 5 IVE songs i love this citypop version a lot, also very interesting arragement for XOXZ they killed this cuz this song seems very hard to convey the vibe live, even more with only 2 members but they did very well, they performed at a festival in Japan today with a band version of XOXZ i was very curious how it went but we don't have videos for that yet. Rei always delivers when she has the chance to sing i'm always amazed by her but Liz i have no words this girl tone is one of my favorites in kpop, since debut her voice its a cheat code for me but she's just getting more skilled i can't imagine her in like 5 years, Liz also did an episode of the new content on Leemujin's show with Wendy(another one of my favorites) i was so happy seeing them together, this comeback they had so much great content i don't even watched everything yet lol.
