New Samplers in ComfyUI!

There are loads of new samplers in ComfyUI, so I figured I'd try them all - along with the new GITS scheduler as well!
To cut a long story short, I like DEIS and both of the CFG++ ones, but there is loads of scope to play with all of them!

1. DEIS = 10 steps gets a decent image
2. GITS = <=20 steps gets a decent image
3. iPNDM = Needs more investigation, but looks to seems best with 20+ steps
4. CFG++ = fewer artifacts, but CFG range drops to <1 (~0.6) with regular + needs more (50) steps
