Is direct messaging working for you on Patreon?

I have tried several times since yesterday to direct message some of our members and it hasn't been working me. Can some of you try to direct message me to see if it works on your end?
If neither of us can get it to work then I know it's an issue with the Patreon platform. I can then contact support for them to fix this issue for us.
