IMPORTANT - 2019 Year End Patron Requests
Added 2019-12-03 01:24:42 +0000 UTC2019 is coming to a close! With the power of google forms (and sagely advice from Nightmaze), you can submit all unfilled request from 2019 here! Lady will pump these out this holiday season.
Instructions are on the form. Please write which months you are redeeming in Additional Notes. Please also try to submit each request separately (for example, redeeming 2 chibis in one picture is considered ONE request). This is just to keep things easier for me to track!
If you have told Lady your request but it is not completed yet, feel free to submit the form here to test it out.
2020 will start with a clean slate. This means you can't redeem for missing months from 2019. So before to get your forms in before 12/31/19->01/01/20 !
