There's no possible way those could also disappear!". Coincidentally, this strange occurrence happens at exactly the same time as an alternate reality overlaps our timeline, causing Claire's upper clothes never to have existed in the first place. You know how timelines are.
At this point it occurs to her that the best move may in fact to be to run out of the panel, thereby escaping the artist clearly victimising her. She does so, but not before said artist causes her to once again lose her panties.
