Foxglove Spring Banner: Cleaning

Our prompt for Spring was Cleaning, so I took a little time today to knock out a spring cleaning banner :D I cribbed a little bit off of Momo's idea, but my own interpretation.
Had fun figuring out how I wanted to do the cleaner and glass effects, and I think it turned out pretty good, all told!
