If she grew up with people that are deaf, then that would be the language she'd learn. She's maybe had exposure to others that did speak, as she does understand some, and speak a little. Just tossing it out there.. Love this comic!

2017-03-26 19:35:52 +0000 UTCI'm confused, albeit it from lack of knowledge. Tam speaks ok, and seems to hear alright, why would she use Trissol? Or would that be a spoiler? I've studied some health related issues, mainly first aid related, but also some disorders and hadn't come across anything that would explain why she'd use sign language more than speech if she can speak and hear.
