Yeah I don’t think the daughter was “distracting” (at least to me), but I fully agree that I didn’t think her acting was “good”. If it’s her first role, plenty of room to improve!

2024-10-02 02:39:45 +0000 UTCI just finished watching this movie last night because I was finally in the mood to watch a movie. And it was good up until the pop star/performer had a speaking role and then got a bit arduous to watch because her acting was not good or believable, and it dragged out quite a lot for me. And when I was watching her I was just thinking she's very pretty, but her acting is not believable. I was thinking we could have cut out that whole part of the movie and then I look her up and she's his daughter 🤔 and I'm like, babe, we did not need to give her that big of a speaking role. At all. I don't know how he would have transitioned, but we could have left her out. Because I thought the movie was 2 hours long due to the fact that she had her little acting bit in there but when I checked the time its ononly 90 mins. As a singer and performer, she was great. I like her singing in the movie and was really thinking I would look up the singer lalater (before she had the speaking roll) and apparently she is an actual singer. But as far as being an actress, let's not have her be in a movie for that long. We can start her off in smaller bit pieces, because yeah. It was too much and she was not good. I did like the twist at them end. When we realize it's actually the wife who was suspicious of him because he was just a little bit off. Now at the END end, when he had the bike spoke or whatever it's called and he was getting out of the cuffs and everything that was a little bit silly, but hey, I'm down. I like Josh Hartnett. I had no idea he got the teeny tiny gap in his teeth pushed together and it took me almost halfway through the movie to realize why he looked different to me, but I did enjoy the movie. It just threw me off off (last time I'll mention her) cause, I am trying to figure out how she logged into her account to get on social media. I'm also trying to figure out how she knew the number of her driver. (Because I only know my phone number, my mom and my dad's phone number. I don't know anyone else's phone number) and how did it pulled up his picture when that's not her phone, and if I had believed her acting, maybe I wouldn't have noticed those things, but I didn't believe her acting, so it just threw me off anyway, now I can't wait to watch your reaction so let me stop and get to that.
