2024-08-26 18:29:50 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed this movie. X is still my favorite. I think Maxxxine and Pearl are tied. For me, Maxxxine loses steam in the third act. Her character is the driving force of the movie and then in the third act, it feels like she becomes a passive character. Also, the dad doesn't feel as threatening after he's revealed as the killer. Still a good time.
