MEET & GREET CLARIFICATION

We are so excited and very pleased to see how many people have joined our Patreon community since the announcement of our next tour!
After reading some of your comments and messages, we realized that some details weren't made very clear. This is totally our fault and we are very sorry for the confusion that we may have caused you!
The questions we have noticed are in regards to the following aspects:
1. Whether or not you must be a paid member to participate in the meet & greets.
2. Which tier you need to subscribe to in to participate in the meet & greets.
3. Whether or not you need to be a member of the Patreon for a three-month minimum.
The community that YOU are creating with us is so incredible, and growing fast! We want to be able to include as many of you as possible in what we are offering - especially during the rare times that we're out on the road and coming to your city! So we did decide to open up meet and greets to everyone who signs up to a paid tier on our Patreon, for this tour only, as a sort of special (or sale, if you will).
HOWEVER! There are some tier-specific differences as well as rules that we want to make you aware of:
1. Meet & greets are offered only to members who are signed up to a paid tier of our Patreon.
2. Those of you in THE MOUNTAIN tier will receive:
- a signed photo of the band (unique to each tour)
- the opportunity to take photos with us
- the opportunity to have us sign anything you want

Those of you in THE BIRD tier will receive ONE of the following (your choice):
- the opportunity to have us sign one item that you bring
OR
- be able to take a photo with us
3. You must be a member of a paid tier in our Patreon for a minimum of three months to participate in the meet & greets.
4. Meet & greets are offered to one person per membership. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate complimentary +1's.
We are really sorry for not making things clearer in the first place, and want to make sure we are keeping our word to each one of you. Please let us know if you have any other questions, or if there's a way we can make your experience any better.

Unfortunately it's something that we've been wanting to work on for a while, but we are currently prioritizing new tour merch with our merchandiser. So it will probably still be a while! Thanks for asking, and for the support!

2024-02-19 01:42:06 +0000 UTCI signed up for the mountain tier on the day of the tour announcement (didn't even know there was a Patreon until then) and have a question about it: Is there an ETA on the merch discount? I want to load up on some merch before the show and would like to be able to get the discount on it if possible, but don't want to wait so long that it doesn't arrive in time. I want a shirt and the flag to have signed, and I definitely need to get the cd's to listen to on the 12-hour drive to Montreal!
