I couldn't wait to use the platforms from the update. This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Modern Family Home. It sits on a 30x20 lot. It features a sunken fire pit and an elevated pool and deck. Along with a covered BBQ area. It also has a lot of recolors I did that have never been released. (pictures, comforter sets with pillows and carpets) To find my recolors in game search DTS(space) and they will come up. Please make sure to have bb.moveobjects on when placing this lot. Packs needed are: Get Together, Spa Day, Cats and Dogs, Jungle Adventure, Seasons, Perfect Patio, Island Living and Movie Hangout!
