I've done duels before where as Life points are diminished, the loser gets bigger boobs, or less brain cells, or turns more into a cow, etc. Definitely fun, not sure how it'd work in a tournament setting. If you kept winning but still lost significant amounts of life points, I feel like you shouldn't be walking away penalty-free each time.
