Have been keeping a close eye on the poll.
Twilight and Pinkie have been tied for a long while now. To prevent last second voting the poll was closed 10 minutes before, as the result in that case could go either way.
Twilight and Pinkie will share the place, getting a bust equal to 3rd place. Moving AJ and Rarity along to Size 4th and 5th.
Given what's to come in the story will make a personal vote on who of these two gets to flash for spike along Rainbow and Shy.

Maybe Rarity can have a similar deal to Panty from Panty & Stocking, smaller breasts but higher sensitivity.
