the sleep clinic was ok, although i don't have too much to say about it. a strange experience i'd rather not repeat. another long wait for the results now 🥲 i was feeling alright about it all when i first came home, but it's catching up to me a little this afternoon.
i'm not sure i have too much else to say, although i suppose i covered most if in the video! wishing you all a restful weekend 🕯️

Just got to that bit!!! It also looks super cool and reminds me of shoving my ds under my pillow at night when I should’ve been sleeping which seems…appropriate for a dream journal

Glad to hear things are going okayish - bummer about the wait, but you are one step closer to the truth! 🕵🏻♀️ ...they say its out there!
