Resurfacing

Hey everyone, sorry for the long period of radio silence. I've had some changes at work and at home that have seriously cut back on my game dev time, so unfortunately I don't have that big update ready I was hoping to deliver by now. But nothing is in hiatus or cancelled, just slowed down. I know I've never been a font of new content, but I'm afraid it's not gonna get better any time soon. Still, I appreciate everyone who's chosen to stick around!

As far as The Weekend goes, I've made the tough decision to do a rather significant rewrite of the section after leaving the yacht. I've been meandering through several branches, none of which I was particularly happy with, and I've come to conclusion that it's time to scrap what I've done and start over. I'm sure my unhappiness with how it was turning out is a big factor of why I've been updating so slowly recently. I don't do this very often, because I really, really want to finish the game before doing any major editing, but I think in this case it's justified. I'm way more excited about my new plans for this branch and I think they'll tie into the overall story much, much better, as well as provide some contrast to the other major branches.

I'll do a Patreon release when I've got a good chunk of the rewrite done. I'm aiming for that to do be ready for you guys before the end of this month, so keep an eye out.
